These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pj99 platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service") and its users ("you", "member" or "player").

pj99 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services to Bangladeshi users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on pj99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing from a region or country where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You have not previously been removed or banned from pj99 for any reason.
• All information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service of your own free will.

2.2 Account Information & Security

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are required to keep your login password confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the pj99 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pj99 may request identity verification documents at any time. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Typically, a national identity card, proof of date of birth, and proof of ownership of the payment method may be requested.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on pj99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable for all methods). There is no service fee for deposits, however the payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification.

Withdrawal funds will be sent to the payment method used for the deposit. Winnings obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement associated with that bonus has been met.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of chargebacks, fraud, or unauthorized transactions, pj99 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and take legal action. Pending withdrawals may be held in such circumstances.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To receive the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• A bonus is applicable only once — it cannot be claimed multiple times on the same account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any other account.
• pj99 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or discontinue a promotion at any time.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• pj99 determines whether any bonus has been misused. If misuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on pj99 are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses software from approved providers to ensure fair gaming across all categories, including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games using any type of software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Gaining advantages through multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

5.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various markets, such as match winner, total runs, handicap, and more. Betting opportunities are available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.

pj99 reserves the right to void any bet or suspend a market if a technical error, incorrect information, or any other unavoidable circumstance occurs.

pj99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the player's activity and contribution to the platform. pj99 reserves the right to change VIP program details at any time, and members will be notified before changes take effect.

Cashback benefits are available while the account is active. If an account is suspended or closed, accrued benefits may be cancelled.

pj99 believes in responsible gaming. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial problems under any circumstances.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses ("chasing losses").
• Do not gamble with borrowed money or funds meant to pay bills.

pj99 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary service disruptions may occur in the following circumstances and the platform will not be held responsible for them:

• Cyber attacks or unforeseen system failures.
• Force majeure circumstances.

pj99's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. pj99 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond direct damages.

10.1 Suspension by pj99

pj99 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing a false identity or information.

10.2 Closure Request by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds in the account, however unearned bonuses will be forfeited.

pj99 does not sell your information to third parties for any commercial purpose. However, necessary information may be shared with selected partners for the purpose of providing required services (such as payment processing and identity verification).

pj99 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or through the platform.

If you continue using the platform after updated terms have been published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
